APARTMENT BUILDING

Built on Millionaire's Row in Miami Beach by Morris Lapidus, architect most renown for the Fontainebleau Hotel, this apartment building is a rough diamond ready to be polished. Residents sought a more intimate atmosphere. The use of wood as well as domestic elements such as plants and bookshelves have mellowed the cold and endless lobby.

LUJAN III

Located on the outskirts of Buenos Aires, Ro House is intended for a mature couple with a young heart seeking their last house. The plan of the house has a "T" scheme. One great wall divides private and public areas.

VISTA REAL

Due to its pronounced topography, Vista Real is born based on literal levels of privacy. One enters on higher ground to more public spaces such as Foyer Dining and Living Area and descends to more private spaces such as Family Room and Bedrooms.

ARELAUQUEN

We designed Mavi House for a young family living in Patagonia. ARCHBOP was inspired by the region’s natural environment. With an "L" floorplan scheme, our team made sure every important space of the house opened up to the breathtaking views.
